yah, the star ranks are determined by how many times you post in the website, they have nothing to do with the server itself. Once you reach 50, you go to 2 starts, and I think and 100 it's 3 and 150 it's 4. But i could be wrong, you'll have to ask one of the admins in the site about the ranks to get exact numbers.

1. I thought you meant admin on this site. There's admin and moderator and all that shi t.
